Afghan Diesel is a combination between Afghani and Sour Diesel. The Afghani lends its relaxing, robust attributes to the strain, while the Sour Diesel is sativa-dominant and gives the user the energizing, cerebral experience he or she expects when indulging in our Sativa's.
One of the first things that many instantly noticed about Afghan Diesel is the flower’s smell…in a word it is amazing. The zesty, somewhat sweet grapefruit is the smell that you’ll likely get on the initial pinch and inhale, but it’s the incredibly easy, butter smooth release that send in the undertones that remind of bud. In this regard, many sometimes compare it to, say, Cherry Diesel, or The White, although it’s much sweeter and less sour than the pair. The taste reacts similarly, initially it’s the zesty sweetness of the grapefruit that you taste up front, but it’s the distinct earthiness, more or less diesel, that give Afghan Diesel its name.
